Have a look at the four large oblong shaped vacuum tubes in this Icon Audio amp. This is the first hi-hi amp we’ve seen using the new Tung-Sol KT150 power tube which are expected to be released later this fall.
A totally new creation from the New Sensor Corporation and a follow up to the Tung-Sol KT120 audio tube. The new KT150 tube can provide even more power. The plate voltage rating is~850V and dissipation rated for 70W! We’ll keep you posted as more details are available.
